Can I use a chat client?
Only if it supports asynchronous video tasks or has an appropriate adapter. Entering a WAN3 model name into a chat-only client is not enough.
Which base URL?
Use https://video.1route.dev. Creation is POST /v1/videos. Avoid duplicating /v1 if your client adds it.
Model missing or no channel available
Check the video-console key, the 视频 group, model restrictions and current model list. Visibility does not guarantee available generation capacity at every moment.
Who caused read image failed / context deadline exceeded?
It means the processing chain could not read media in time. Slow hosting, expiry, hotlink protection and service networking are possible causes. Check media access and preserve request IDs; do not assign responsibility from this text alone.
Progress stays unchanged
Keep querying the same task until a terminal state. There is no fixed completion-time promise. Repeatedly clicking Generate may create extra charged tasks.
Can I resubmit after a timeout?
First check whether a task and charge already exist. Retry transient GET errors, not ambiguous POST creation. Fix authentication or parameters before retrying.
Billing when a request fails
Creation may reserve funds. Check actual task and usage/refund records after terminal failure. A network timeout alone is not failure. Missing a successful video's download window does not establish refund eligibility.
Why does 30 seconds plus a 5-second reference fail?
The combined 35 seconds exceeds the 30-second limit. Reduce output to 25 seconds or omit the reference. Do not understate reference duration.

Use the community button. Include model, timestamp and timezone, task ID, X-Oneapi-Request-Id, sanitized error and whether you resubmitted. Never include the full API key. Agree on a private channel before sharing sensitive reference materials.
